  Phyllis has been in Bryan-College Station real estate since 1966. She has been the owner of Home Finder Realty, Inc. for 32 years, which included 24 years as a developer of such subdivisions as Villa Forest and Nantucket. Since obtaining her Graduate of Real Estate Institute certification in 1967 she has served as a Director for College Station Industrial Foundation for 4 years, State Director of TAR for 8 years, and a past President of the Bryan-College Station Board of Realtors. Her deep commitment to our community was evident from the very beginning, as Phyllis was o­ne of the 21 business people to bring the Better Business Bureau to the area in 1970. Her extensive experience and diverse interests lend a wealth of knowledge to our dedicated sales team, and her commitment to service is unsurpassed.

  Cindy is celebrating her 19th year in the real estate profession in Bryan/College Station. She proudly identifies with the multi-faceted experiences the profession offers o­n a day-to-day basis. Her preference is recognized in the residential and land markets of Brazos County and surrounding areas. Cindy enjoys interacting o­n a o­ne-to-one basis with people and she relishes the challenge of connecting their needs and wants with their dreams. Her dedication to this end is not new to Cindy. Prior to real estate, Cindy was an educator at Ball State University and subsequently, an Assistant Professor at San Diego State University.
